Traded in a damaged car still on finance for a new one. Talked with them on the phone a few times & only had to come in to sign the papers & swap cars. Finance Guy was efficient & had amazing communication whilst sorting out everything over the phone & I appreciated that he took his time to go over the insurance & contracts with me so I understood everything.
